Remember that next time you all decide to hit up Mc Donald’s . If it’s your cheat day then do what you do. But a cheat day shouldn’t be any different than any other day. You still need to get in at least six meals a day , hit your macros and in my personal opinion make your cheat day filled with homemade cheat meals. You’ll appreciate it a whole lot more. But remember your body needs a cheat day maybe not every week but it takes a day of switching it up to something the body isn’t used to in order for you to sometimes break a plateau. Hence why we have a cheat day.
