People always ask me what i eat. I keep it simple there is no need to make things all complicated. I eat the same things everybody else does ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿค but I cook season and eat at specific times๐Ÿ•‘. That’s the key ๐Ÿ”‘when you know when to eat it how and why. These are the recipes for success after the gym. Just killed legs ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿ˜ฒ today feeling like a straight noodle.
