No weights no problem, just need a little space to work in. Are you tired of not being able to workout because you don’t have the money for a gym membership, or you don’t have the money to buy equipment well look not further.

Here are my top three exercises to build a solid strong body.

First the push-up is a standard  exercise that I put all of my clients on, perform 4 sets of 15 repetitions build up as time goes on.

Second is the pull-up, they are essential to building up the upper body.

Start off with 4 sets of max reps once you can do  10 at a minimum, you can progress to more .

Last you guessed it Squats  with your body weight. You can mix and match your feet placement going wider or closer together. Suggested rep and set range,  4 sets of 25 .

If your more than a novice or a beginner, Try CBM250s .

The goal is to go around the world doing all of the exercises in a continuous circuit until you do all 250 reps for each exercise. If your and advance lifter or fitness trainer you can upgrade CBM500s.
