When Did you start training
I’ve been training as a Athlete since I was 12 yrs old, but started lifting weights my freshmen year of high school. I start lifting seriously in 2011.
What is your typical workout split
Mondays: Chest, Tuesdays: Back, Wednesdays: Rest, Thursdays: Shoulders, Fridays: Legs, Saturdays: Arms, and Sundays: Rest.
When you train what is your philosophy
I always tell myself you get out with what you put in.  You go hard or go harder because going home isn’t an option.  Building muscle I lift heavy to bulk up. For lean muscles I lift light and do a lot of cardio with a sweat suit on to sweat causing to shred and cut up.  Bulking & leaning up I do the same warm-up of 12 and 3 set of 6-10reps
Who in the fitness industry inspires you?
I really don’t have a person with in the bodybuilding, health ad fitness area. But as far as USA Track & Field its FLO JO, Carmelita Jeter, Allyson Felix, and Lashawn Merritt.
How often do you do Cardio?
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays are my run days two miles or less because I don’t want to develop slow twitch muscles. But I love doing my sprint and speed workouts even though it burns.
What type of music do you listen to while training?
I listen to a little rock and up beat hip-hop and for cool-down/stretching I listen to r&b/jazz to relax my mind and body.

What advice would you give other women trying to get in shape
I would tell them its not easy than what it looks.  I believe you can do it, anyone can do it!  You have to stay committed, focus, and determined,  You also have to eat clean in order to see the best results.  Throughout you have to stay positive.
What is your best body part?
I believe its my Chest & Shoulders
